Rooms are great, huge, clean, comfortable beds with a nice bathroom. Kids facilities including kids club, shows/mini disco are excellent. The location is fine, gorgeous views of the sea and if you're willing to walk to Los Agios, the best meals we had all week was at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. The problem with the hotel, for us, was the food. The breakfast was fine, we didn't use the lunch buffet as we preferred the local restaurants. The dinner buffet was a huge disappointment. The freshly cooked meat and fish were flavourless/over cooked. The salads were regurgitated using leftovers. We felt everything lacked flavour. The house wine is pretty terrible in our opinion. However, the a la carte restaurants were a bigger disappointment. The kids loved making their own pizzas at the Italian but our seafood pasta was flavourless and the fish overcooked. The tiramisu was the same as we'd tried at the buffet the previous evening. The steakhouse was a disaster for us, all four adults ordered the entrecôte and sent it back. We tried to fill up on the chips and dessert, same cheesecake as the buffet. The Manager was useless. I'm pretty sure that the kitchen used is the same throughout the hotel. We cancelled the Japanese and ate out the last two evenings. So overall, the kids loved it and the staff and service were great, the food for the adults, in our opinion is not up to scratch.

Lovely family hotel, had loads of activities for everyone all day. Not very chuffed with their food but I am just one of them fussy eater. The kids loved it, had a lot of fun and created lovely memories. thanks Bahia Principe Fantasia.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, et plus particulièrement Sylvia à la réception et Cécilia au bar pour leurs compétences et leur amabilité. La possibilité d'aller dîner dans les 3 restaurants à thème. Les spectacles étaient de qualité, par contre la sono est beaucoup trop forte.

To begin with, we experienced a significant pricing discrepancy related to our children’s ages. Although we correctly inputed their ages (both over 2 years old) during the booking process, they were incorrectly classified as “babies,” resulting in unexpected charges at check-in. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay at the current daily rate rather than having the charges aligned with our original booking date. Despite trying to resolve this at the hotel, support from both customer service and hotel staff was minimal, leaving us feeling disregarded and disappointed. We had paid specifically for a sea view room for a personal reason but were given a view of a footpath instead. While we were eventually offered a new room, it wasn’t until the evening of our second day—by which point we had unpacked and our children were settled. The delayed offer did little to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience. We were also disappointed to learn that while the child pricing bracket covers ages 2 to 12, the children’s activities were restricted to children aged 3 and above. This important detail is not highlighted on your website nor through booking. This has meant our children could not participate despite being charged full child’s rate. Furthermore, overall food quality and service also fell short. There were persistent flies around the buffet area, which raised hygiene concerns. This is not a five star hotel.
