聖馬科斯豪生飯店(Howard Johnson by Wyndham San Marcos)

El lugar está regular, pero la limpieza horrible la cama tenía un olor asqueroso fui a pedir otra habitación y no me la quisieron cambiar tuve que ir a comprar un desinfectante para rociar la cama, dure dos noches y no siquiera fueron a fueron a hacer limpieza, por la noche que llegue estaba la habitación tal como la dejé, no lo recomiendo.

Pésimo servicio desayuno nefasto mal manejo de la gente indu( sin faltar el respeto ) son muy muy muy sucios estaban todos dormidos. Y no atendían la zona de desayuno. Le doy 0

La ubicación esta excelente, los cuartos estan recien remodelados, solo hay que hacer un esfuerzo por la limpieza de los cuartos. Me gusto. El precio esta excelente.

Trate de cancelar y no pude y a pesar de ESO me cobraron cuando nunca fui por razones ajenas a mi.

La habitacion huele muy mal, muy sucio atras de los muebles, mucho polvo, deficiente limpieza en interior. Porta toallas desprendido, obstuccion en lavamanos. No regresaría.

Muy malas condiciones y sucio

First of all the pictures that are online, look NOTHING like what the property looks like. The whole place is filthy, from the check-in office, to the parking lot and worst of all the room. When you walk into the room, you get hit with the over powering scent of Fabulouso cleaner. Almost like they are using that to cover up the dingy smell of the room. When we checked in, the person working did not use a computer to check us in, instead he wrote our information down in a spiral, which is where they were logging all the rooms. The plexiglass that separates you from the person behind the counter was filthy and scratched and you could barely see the other person. Everything about the place is run down. The door has a gap all around it, where you can see light in some places. We pulled the blankets back to check the sheets and the bed had a large sink hole in the mattress with a yellow stain. We also found some sort of scab like or dried up insect in the sheets. I went to talk to the manager about getting a refund because I could not bring myself to touch or lay in the bed, and he told me we could not refund me until the transaction showed that it was completely processed and not showing pending. He said, once that happened, I could call them back and he would refund my money. I have been on the phone with numerous HJ offices, and have filed a complaint. This place needs to be inspected for safety and hygiene, I don't understand how it stays open.

The stay was great. Clean room great service. Dark room wish it was darker lol. It was quite bed was comfortable.
