Escogimos esta propiedad por el precio, esperábamos menos por lo pagado. Nuestra habitación estuvo en tiempo y forma, el personal de recepción es algo frio y no te mira a la cara, supongo por la poca experiencia. pero todo bien. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, no presentaba ningún detalle, el baño es pequeño pero nada exagerado. Experimentamos una confusión con los tarjetones de ” no molestar ” pero nada grave. tuvimos tema solo con las toallas que no las cambiaron un día pero Miguel y su atención inmejorable lo solucionaron inmediatamente. El estacionamiento es techado, y con buena ubicación. El servicio del desayuno incluido es pequeño modesto pero esta bien variado. La atención del personal de alimentos es muy atenta. En general la propiedad es muy cómoda y bien ubicada. recomendado por su relación al precio.

The location is about 15 minutes from the City Center. (79-80 pesos with an Uber) The pool was closed both nights that we were there as they were cleaning and maintaining it. The views from the roof were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing great, but not bad either. The bedroom linens were smooth as silk and very clean. The rooms could have been stocked a little better as there was just 1 bar of soap and 1 hair conditioner. No tissues, shampoo or body lotion. I don’t use those anyway, but simply noted their absence. The heat and a/c worked well and the staff was absolutely terrific everyday! They really were like concierges! Howard S.

No hay pierde en este tipo de hotel, cama confortable, agua caliente, buen wifi, habitación pequeña pero bien, limpio, buena atención, el desayuno que incluye es aceptable. Si trae carro esta a 10 min del centro y fácil de llegar. Tiene estacionamiento

After driving around aimlessly for an hour, I finally found this hidden hotel… I passed many similar hotels and would have stayed in one of them had I not already having a reservation. Also didn’t like that every time I wanted to use the elevators I had to wait for the ornery security guard to unlock the elevator doors. The guard insisted that the elevators were slow because guests push all the buttons.
