For it being a newer Hotel, it had plenty of flaws. The worst being that our window didn’t lock, opened freely, we were on the first floor. Couldn’t accommodate for that. The stay was good but the experience was terrible. Lady at counter probably had the worst customer service possible, didn’t seem to care about the job. Being a huge Hotel chain, you would think they hire new friendly employees and give customers the best experience. That’s my experience, won’t stay there again.
