房間打掃非常馬虎、我們在床上、水斗池以及衞生間裏發現了三種以上不同顏色的毛髮，地面上也是粘粘的，枕頭是那種裝了很多小泡沫的地攤貨，床上還有一股難以描述的怪味（姑且稱之為肉膈氣、就是床上用品沒有洗乾淨的緣故）避雷吧親

那天出差夜裡1點半才入住，提前電話聯繫，客服人員非常耐心細緻的給我指示説明如何入住還告訴我如果有困難進不去可以給他打電話，他會幫助我們順利進去。異國他鄉被這個周到的服務態度温暖到了，感恩

We are a family of 5 who stayed here for a night! It was a good stop over while travelling between SF and LA. The room was clean and no frills. There’s one shared toilet with a dressing area with a small mini bar area. There’s also 20% off for the Denny’s next door too. It’s also near to iHOP, Ralph’s and other restaurants. I would recommend!

Service was good! Assisted us with check in when we arrived very late at night! Good place to stop over for the night before continuing on with the road trip! Room was decent for the price we pay
