Just outside of the Paso Robles AVA, this vacation rental is part of the historical Asuncion ranch. The property has been preserved to retain its' historical use. This home is ready to entertain with a fully stocked kitchen, Santa Maria style grill, firepit with seating, pool, hot tub, and living room with projector and home theater. The home offers four bedrooms, with the configuration of three traditional bedrooms and one bunkroom. The owners' bedroom has ocean views. The other bedrooms have hillside and garden views.
