Instalaciones maravillosas y el servicio que prestan sus empleados es lo mejor que tiene el hotel. Todos le ponen el alma y el corazón, todos sus empleados hacen su trabajo con amor y se nota. Gracias por permitirnos un día maravilloso 😍 volveremos pronto.

Pior experiência em viagem da vida!!! Hotel não tem nada a ver com as fotos, localização horrível longe do centro e nem táxi quer ir até lá, hotel insalubre, chuveiro cai 3 gotas e nós informaram q não havia água quente, após a chegada de um grupo grande de colombianos aí ligaram a energia e teve água quente ou seja tomamos 3 dias banho c água gelada.Nao respeita silêncio após as 22h, passamos 4 dias sem dormir devido ao som alto de uma festa do grupo de colombianos que ia até 6h da manhã, falamos com o gerente que saiu andando e nos deixou falando. Não recomendo nem para meu inimigo este hotel

limpio, bien atendido ,bonito, excelente desayuno , buen servisio muy bien situado, cerca del centro de la ciudad y en seguida hay un mirador de la ciudad y , eseguida hay unnegocio de comida que atiende la propietaria con comida arabe muy rica

This hotel is located on the best beach of the island. It has a nice structure and a very good chef in the kitchen. Unfortunately it is a text book example of how NOT to run a hotel. The receptionist is just about the unfriendliest person on earth who does not know how to smile or great. The waiters at breakfast are permanently on the phone while buffet items run out or coffee cups are empty. The manager is non-existent, during our entire stay he was nowehre to be seen, does not answer the phone and does not read his whatsapp messages. When finally we got a hold of him we found out that he does not speak English at all. Unfortunately we also found out the hard way that most of the rooms seem to have problems with hot water meaning that for 2 days in a row we had to take cold showers until we insisted to change rooms. No one cared, no one took care of the issue and no one showed any sing of trying to compensate us. Not even a bottle of water we got, not even an apology. For the prices charged warm water must be "included" in the rate and not be an optional feature like we were told. Too bad, the location is amazing but staff and non - existent management make this place a really bad experience. Be warned if you go there, nobody cares and there is no hot water!

Difiere mucho de las fotos que promocionan, tiene potencial pero le falta administracion, aunque el personal es atento no son pro activos, falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, limpieza en las zonas comunes, limpiar la playa, trabajar en los detalles de atención al huésped, no se nota que exista un buen administrador del hotel, se le nota el desgaste del hotel, toallas rotas en mal estado, puerta corrediza de la habitación en pésimo estado, paredes sucias etc etc etc. Con un poco de administración, amor y vocación de servicio este lugar podría tener un potencial espectacular.
