Pedi una habitación para tres adultos y un niño y solo me dieron una habitación para 3 personas y no hay donde duerma mi niño, notifique a recepción y me dijeron es lo que hay

O hotel fica bem próximo às pirâmides e conta com estacionamento gratuito. Ideal para quem planeja chegar cedo ao parque arqueológico. Café da manhã muito bom. Os quartos são simples e com decoração peculiar. Não há ar condicionado, mas fazia 16o C durante a noite no verão. Durante o dia, ao longo da visita ao parque arqueológico, fez muito sol.

I have stayed with them multiple times, the hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just this time I notice that the bed was not conformable the mattress was not even and they should get new ones for the rest was great.

La cama pésima, colchones mega incómodos, Les sugiero que compren colchones cómodos, pasamos muy mala noche.

El hotel está muy limpio, el servicio es bueno, la ubicación excelente. Los únicos detalles son: alberca con agua fría, las camas demasiado suaves y el WiFi no tiene buen alcance. Pero me hospedaría de nuevo por su servicio y limpieza.

Really amazing rustic motel near the Pyramids. The staff was incredibly nice and had some great recommendations that we did the following day and had an wonderful day touring the pyramids at our own pace.

Jolie petite chambre pour trois, très propre. L’hotel est bien situé proche des sites archéologiques. Très propre. Jolie piscine.

I have been coming here since the 90’s. First, booked thru ******* at $100 a night, which I thought was high. At arrival was advised that they had a special and the price was 1/2 of what I paid. Requested a quiet room. Room given had no internet reception. Room changed to a noisy room, spotty internet. Then drunks singing at 10 pm, by the pool,had to request 2 x on phone to keep them quiet. Finally after 45 minutes, had to go to the front desk and again request that the manager do something to stop the noise. Manager incompetent. Could not work on the net due to frequent outage. Very low water pressure and bad shower head. Kids playing outside my room window in the dark after 9. No control. The rest of the staff very acomodating. Super disappointing and feel ripped off.

The building and decoration of the lobby and rooms is lovely.To be able to eat by the pool was great and the wait staff and desk staff were knowledgeable and charming and spoke English well. The mattress was disappointing and the screen to my window was falling off. Also the walls to my room were so thick that Wifi was terrible. I couldn't even text my friend in the room next door. Had to go down to the pool for decent WiFi. Location by Teo was terrific. Daily windy summer thunderstorms prevented me from swimming, which is one reason I wanted to stay there, so that's disappointing.
