西加拉豪華套房飯店 - 聖胡安(Ciqala Luxury Suites - San Juan)

Melendez front desk guy was extremely nice and accommodative. Very informative. Juandala (I am unsure if this is her correct name) front desk lady was not nice, she accused us of not completing the menu for breakfast. Never took accountability that someone picked it up the order or they misplaced the slip. No communication as to when breakfast would arrive. No accommodation to make up for the late arrival of breakfast. The slip was placed out the night before for an 8 to 8:30am delivery. We ended up leaving and purchasing food outside. When we returned after 2:00pm the old breakfast was in our room.

DO NOT I REPEAT BY NO MEANS STAY HERE. I took my girlfriend to PR for her birthday and booked us to stay at this hotel for only two days. The second day my girlfriend woke up COVERED in bug bites. We thought at first it was just a dozen mosquitoes bites but after realizing that we slept with all windows closed and had barley been outside it had to be bed bugs. When we called to demand a refund nobody picked up even though we have called 9x now THROUGHOUT the day. Do not get tricked by the kind service while you stay there this is absolutely disgusting and I will continue to try and contact this establishment until I’m completely reimbursed

Thr property is located in very dirty, bad, and run down neighborhood. The view from my view reminds me of slum neighborhood, old and rottes. Cant believe ******* would allow property to list themselves as a luxuy hotel. Nothing luxury except stocked beverages at a very high price. Not worth $400 a night!!! No VIP service as indicated by *******. Extremely disappointed with the hotel and service cost.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money paid for either the location or the building amenities. The room layout is terrible and the room itself is very bare minimum. On top of it all - the check in process was horrific. They said our rooms weren't ready and they will give us a call when it is. No follow up call was made and we finally got to our rooms at 6pm.

this facility is a total catfish and does not meet the standard or reflect its pictures. me and my gf stayed here for her bday. the tv in our room didn't work, the urinal in the bathroom didn't work and they customer service was totally horrible. when I complained they didn't offer anything to help diffuse the situation. but to give them some credit they did upgrade me towards the end of my stay for one day to the presidential suite. but all in all, this place is not what it looks like or seems. 2/10 for me

Excelente ubicación, servicio, y limpieza. 5* en todo. Los dos cuartos que reservamos eran muy limpios y espaciosos. Los desayunos llegaron puntuales y eran muy variados. Espero volver a reservar el año próximo.

En general, es bueno. No creo que sea una experiencia de lujo. Los cuartos están ok, necesitan mejorar. La vista del área dela piscina es lo que vale la pena. El parking super incómodo y es bien pequeño.

Falta renovacion. El precio es caro por lo que es. Desayuno muy justo. Gente amable.

False advertising the pics were not the pics that’s online this place was totally outdated and in the ghetto manager was not helpful at all in trying to rectify any of my issues definitely got bamboozled
