Don Rafa精品飯店與公寓(Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences)

Its a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

We loved the hotel and the neighborhood it was in. Miramar is not a tourist haven, it is San Juan with shops and restaurants. The hotel was unique with a very good restaurant, a beautiful bar and lounge and a friendly staff. Wi.Fi was a bit sporadic and a dresser in the rooms would not hurt, but we would go back in a minute.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar area downstairs is nice and the room was spacious. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the temperature a bit erratic. It was unfortunate that a loud group of people were staying on the same floor as us, and as a result it was very noisy. But overall it is somewhere I would recommend if people aren’t fussed about being in old San Juan or Condado. There’s a nice cinema next door and a supermarket a few doors down.

Don Rafa stays in a safe, quite location in MiraMar. This boutique hotel gives luxury vibes all around. The staff were amazing as well. Everything from the first day of arrival to last day was great. Also the location was perfect to go to any other places. The uber was easy to get and cheap from Don Rafa to Condado, Old San Juan, Pinones Beach, La Placita etc.

Beautiful property with art deco style. We were very comfortable, the staff was very attentive and the social spaces are beautiful and unique.

The property was beautiful, but that was where the luxury ended. The staff was rude at best upon arrival. Stated he was charging a resort fee but never explained the amenities, gave info on the restaurants or room service or gave details regarding the pool and gym hours. The hotel was loud upon my arrival at 8:30 p.m. and the large gathering of people in the lobby refused to move so I could reach the desk. I heard staff outside of the room ALL NIGHT, banging and talking. Then in the morning a female desk staff entered the room without knocking while I was in the bathroom. She stated there was a glitch in the system, but what does that have to do with coming into my room without knocking or verifying if the room was occupied. This hotel needs better staff who are personable and welcoming because I will never stay here again or recommend the property to friends or family.

Excellent!! El hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y todo el personal es increíble siempre pendiente de lo que necesitas. Realmente lo recomiendo!

Lindo lugar, maravilloso staff. Limpio todo. Un hotel nuevo con una decoración maravillosa. En un muy buen lugar, cerca de todo.

Todo muy bien, muy bien ubicada, lugares cercas para visitar en solo 6 minutos en Uber, zona bastante tranquila, lo aconsejo.
