Located in the Rosario Resort Community near the 5,500 acre Moran State Park, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perched on a .64 acre parcel with surrounded by trees, but offer a filtered water view from nearly every room during the winter months when leaves have fallen. A contemporary Northwest Modern design with over 2,200 square feet is newly constructed and was just recently completed in November 2017. The open layout and vaulted ceilings that approach 12' in height along the wall of windows take advantage of the southern exposure.
