Old but still liveable. The smell of the water from the faucet is stinky, they should clean their water reservoir. But the place is good and comfy.

the only reason I did not give one point is because I work in the tourism industry myself and know how tough the impact of Covid was, and things need time to improve again. But this resort certainly has seen its best days years ago and really needs to be renovated. If screws are coming out of the windows and doors, lights randomly turn themselves on during night time and water does not run in the shower nor the toilet, then there is something wrong. What even put me more off was the attitude of the whole team. A very uninspiring bunch of people who are not welcoming, do not help with luggage, do not even provide drinking water. Guys, get your sh1t together! As a DOT accredited "resort" you even HAVE to provide drinking water (and glasses, by the way) as a standard requirement! I have travelled the Philippines A LOT, and this place would easily make the top5 of the poorest ones that I have stayed at. As it is the case with some other hotels that live off of their good location, I believe many guests are going to stay there in future; but as of now, I can only say: stay away.

This hotel has the best beachfront compared to others here. One can truly enjoy the beach, wind and the sun. They have ample parking and their own restaurant. The room is very basic,no hot water and no frills so dont expect too much. Receptionists Shindy and Angelica are very nice. I just felt rwaturant is understaffed, glass tables on the veranda are always unkempt and i had a hard time identifying waiters from guest. Overall experience was good and will book and stay here again.

Booked this hotel because I'm not familiar with the place and the reviews are great but there are better options. No room service so you need to find an open resto to eat. The room is not clean. Even the cups are not clean. It has stains inside which is easily removed with alcohol and tissue so it means it was not washed before we checked in. There was sand all over the sink and the floor too. You can't swim on the beach front and you have to walk to Urbiztondo to enjoy the beach. You have to cross a narrow and dark path to get to the swimmable beach so it's not for kids. If you try to swim on the beach front you might get hurt in the corals/rocks like my children. As in, several wounds with just one misstep. They have parking though.
