酒店內可以租車非常方便。 免費的機場巴士可以提前在門僮處提前一天預約。 一樓的商店兼顧賣了便利店的小零食，禮品比機場便宜很多，品牌和類型都差不多。

這個酒店算是當地比較不錯一個豪華酒店吧，早餐豐富又便宜，我連續住了 5個晚上，很不錯，待在哥斯達黎加一直就住這裏

整體感覺不錯，早餐超棒

房間很寬敞，一室一廳，裝修風格偏早古，有回家的感覺。機場接送機服務需要預約，很貼心的服務。早餐也很棒。酒店一樓有個日料餐廳，都。

其實沒有5星 標準，酒店和房間外表都不錯，衹是太陳舊，客房有股味道。早餐還不錯，多選擇，泳池很漂亮，花園也有熱帶風情，鳥語花香。去市中心都是打的，客服幫助叫車很方便，價格可以商討，一般到市中心都要10多美金。酒店有免費機場接送，但是要提前預約，人多的話還是打車方便，酒店擺渡車是每小時一次。

I booked this hotel for the night prior to departing to the airport. I was shocked how beautiful this hotel is and wished I knew earlier. Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, food at the Japanese restaurant was pretty good too. Shuttle to airport was convenient, definitely would stay here again when in Costa Rica. Nice area but a car would be best to get around San Jose.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Si bien la ubicación es un poco alejada, te puedes mover por la ciudad con Uber. El hotel es muy lindo , a destacar limpieza y comodidad de camas . Habitaciones amplias.

Good points, room very nice and clean. Bar and pool staff very good. Dinner OK. Amenities also good. Not so good, receptionists abrupt and unwelcoming, we were told to see the bell man to organise a lift to the airport and he just left us standing at his desk organising about 10 suitcases and then walked off to deliver them to various rooms. We went for breakfast at 05.00 as it says on room information and was told when checking out it opens at 05.30. We had a flight to catch and make our own way to the airport so no breakfast.

리조트 호텔이라서... 산호세 시티에서는 떨어져 있습니다. 시내 나갈라면 택시 불러야 해요. ＞_＜ 하프보트해서 저녁까지 먹었는데.. 조식이나 디너나.. 비슷하고.. 입맛에 좀 안 맞았어요 근데 정원과 수영장은 좋아요

這是我們第一次來哥斯達黎加，這家酒店是我們冒險之旅的良好開端。他們有機場班車和漂亮的住宿。早餐太棒了！我們逃離了俄亥俄州的寒冷，來到了溫暖和奢華的地方！
