When we checked-in we mentioned we had requested a reserved parking space in their parking lot. But when we checked in at 5:45 pm they said the parking lot was full but that a spot should open the next day or so. So we parked on the street. We were pleased by the next day a parking spot ($5/day) became available with a garage door opener device for the security gate. We liked the location of our room (#204) as it was on the second story on the west side catching the afternoon sun through the window and had privacy with an abundance of trees at the window line. Bear in mind these are studios which have a small 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, medium size refrigerator & small single serve coffee maker. There is no oven or dishwasher in room. The studio is very tight for a couple. The fridge is short (approx. 48 inches tall) and the door opens on opposite side of kitchen which should be modified depending on the room layout. (However, the fridge is well designed space-wise inside & holds a large amount of food). Although there is no oven there is a community kitchen on third floor available with full size oven. The mattress is a little firmer/harder than most hotels. The bathroom is spatious with ample cabinet/storage space. The place seems very well maintained. I didn’t see any stains on the hallway/lobby carpet or knicks or scuff marks on the walls or torn furniture as you often see in most hotel chains. The cookware was in good condition (no scratches on Teflon pans or chipped glassware). This is a sign of good mgmt that keeps on top of things. Bear in mind this is a bare bones kitchen. A few items that would have been helpful: S/P shakers, scissors, salad tongs, pasta spoon, potato peeler, potato masher, rubber spatula, measuring cups/spoons, dish rags/towels, a toaster that a slice of bread fits in (the one in room is designed for square/small slices of bread) & a couple extra plastic trash bags. Provided: colander, sharp chefs knife, plastic cutting board, wine corker, hand held can opener, non stick cookware (fry/sauté pan lg. & small, 2 qt. sauce pan), 3 teflon spatulas, dinner & luncheon plates, utinsels, coffee cups, drinking glasses. They also have a cute mini dish drying rack. The front office staff is very eager to please if you need anything (for example I needed a plastic ladle for some soup I cooked from scratch and I requested a better can opener as the one in the room was too hard to use). They graciously met my requests & provided the requested items with a smile. There is a small exercise room w/stationery bike, elliptical, treadmill, weight machine & several dumbbells. There are two laundry rooms, also. Complimentary coffee is provided in lobby every morning next to ice machine. Regarding the exercise room, one negative was that the stationary bicycle was not working properly (the resistance setting would disengage after 30 seconds). My husband mentioned it and a staff member tried to fix it but could not. We w
