Outdated room, bathroom floor dirty, wrinkled towels didn't look too clean.

No amenities pay at a glass window unsafe area poor room upkeep not business friendly.

Like a motel 6 in a bad side of town We realized you grt for what you pay. But we figured it would at least be clean. You could smell the cigarette smell as soon as you walked in the room. The whole room had a dirty smell.

I recently had the pleasure of checking in at Casa Roll Inn, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their customer service. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The staff at Casa Roll Inn went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their professionalism and friendliness created a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I truly felt like a valued guest. The level of care and attention to detail they provided made me feel confident that my stay would be exceptional. Just an overnight stop for me - as I was on an early flight from SanFran the next day. Good location, easy to find and my room was quiet & comfortable. Nice people and a warm welcome too. Much less expensive than staying closer to the airport… took only 45 minutes to drive there. I'd happily stay at this property again.
