考文垂飯店(Coventry Motor Inn)

I love a renewed interior design, the room with panoramic windows was amazing. Location is pretty good as well, it’s only 15 minutes walk from Palace of Fine Arts, and a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Fälschlicherweise habe ich bei der Buchung das Datum falsch eingegeben. Dank der freudlichen und hilfbereiten Angestellten an der Rezeption wurde das falsche Datum aber ohne Probleme geändert (Aufenthalt um 1 Tag nach hinten verschoben). Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehr sauber.

Hotel bem localizado, mas a limpeza deve ser solicitada no dia anterior em horário que se torna inviável ao turista que está até tarde na rua. A comunicação com o frontdesk é difícil, falta boa vontade e flexibilidade das pessoas envolvidas.

Devant une grande avenue super empruntée, difficile de dormir avec le bruit des voitures, l etage ou nous etions est vieux et sale. Je sais qu ils ont renové d autres etages mais pas le notre ….. enfin personne ne passe faire le menage dans la chambre. Ha j oubliais. Le lit est dur. Bref : hotel à eviter

This is the first bad hotel experience I've ever had. I'm a truck driver, I've been to so many hotels/motels slept in my truck, you name it in the most sketchiest parts of some states. But this tops it off. The staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. I made my first reservation and immediately got an email saying that my card got declined and to try again. Tried a second time and same story, card declined try again. Tried a third time and finally my reservation was accepted. When I got to the hotel the front desk mentioned that I had two other reservations. I asked that that's not true I only have one, showed them my email from the reservation that worked and the emails of my card being declined. They simply dismissed me and basically said it wasn't their problem to solve, and I would have to pay regardless. It's been a week since then and im still trying to fight this case and the hotel is being arrogant. On top of that the floors are so dirty both in the halls and in the room. There were blood stains or something on the curtains. the pillows and blankets smelled TERRIBLE. I did not feel safe sleeping in there. Horrible conditions, arrogant staff. Never again.

Los cuartos están renovados lo que lo hace muy agradable. Baños y recámara muy limpio. La cama es cómoda. Cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito y la ubicación es excelente.

Cama muito confortavel, ótima localização pra quem está de carro. Hotel com excelente custo-benefício para SFO
