They refused to refund my doubled booking they charged me for two rooms for the same night

房間有廁所的味道 不提供瓶裝水 沒有電鍋 真正重要的是，我去退房的時候，工作人員敲了兩三下門，在我看不到的地方打電話，大約持續了5分鐘。 你不知道你在給我打電話嗎？他認為 我抱怨這很難，因為我是唯一的一個 我索要收據 起初他們拒絕了，但後來給他們存入的 50 美元開出了一張收據。 住過的最差的汽車旅館

We checked in already and having rest with my wife but the staff called from the intercom and kicked us there from Alpine but the manager of the hotel even he wasn’t there who made the decision. He just heard the humors or bad accusation from the other manager from MYLO hotel name MICHAEL next door because I’m complaining about our parking spot we paid already but he gave to other customer that comes late it’s because my wife and I went out for dinner then we comes back we don’t have parking spot anymore , . He so rude and reported me to the DNR..

Staff was simply applying management requirements, which are really questionnable (I have been asked to communicate my credit card details! First time ever). No way to make it an other way... Also got a caution in case of deterioration, while furnitures and bedroom were in bad shape and dirty.... I got urged to well park (10 dollars per day) my car in the correct zone within the lines (else we would get fine), but when we came back in the night someone was parked, we then realized the staff made a mistake with the allocation of the zone.

They gave me a key card for the room which worked only once. I had to go to the office and back to my room door trying different key cards and none of them worked. Finally, the front desk lady called someone and then said they have to open the door with a screwdriver each time I need to go to my room. I requested a room change but she said there is none available. They even denied giving me the screwdriver so I could open it myself, so every time I was leaving the room, I had to go to the office, have the lady grab a screwdriver, and come and open the door so I can get back to the room. It was my worst hotel experience ever and will definitely be my last with this hotel.
