Friendly staffs and nice service

The property was clean and comfortable and well situated. The staff were friendly and were very responsive. The blowdryer had a cord that was only 2 ft long, which was not easy to use. And the lighting and lack of mirror outside the bathroom made it challenging for 2 people who are travelling together and need to get ready. All in all a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip

Absoluetly beatiful hotel. Wonderful service. Fantastic location. A few issues the first night with loud noise outside for many hours (I guess the large garbage bins for the entire area are picked up during the wee hours on Thursdays?) PLUS the fan in the bathroom was broken and made a loud clanking noise off an on all night. The front desk was incredibly accomodating and moved me to an upgraded room on a higher floor for the last night. I would absolutely stay again, but will request a high floor room!

This is a beautiful hotel. The local area has many beautiful art deco buildings. I felt safe and comfortable walking between here and the Moscone Center where I was attending a conference. Front desk and house staff were all courteous and helpful. Breakfast not a buffet and too expensive - we skipped it. The bed was outstanding - great linen, lovely duvet, very comfy soft nesting. We slept so well! Only problem was the shower/tub combo. Dangerous, slippery tub. Needed to put a towel down for traction. The glass divider has a large hole in it which is helpful for turning on the water without getting wet, but it means the shower spray does through the hole and onto the floor, which creates a dangerous, slippery floor.

I booked a solo trip to San Francisco over Labor Day weekend. As a woman traveling alone, I wanted to find a hotel that was centrally located and that I felt was safe. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge was able to get me tickets to a sold out tour, on the first day that I got there. I did not have to use a car the entire trip. The tour that I did to Napa Valley had a pick up site one block away, which made it convenient getting there and getting back. The rooms were absolutely beautiful with the sights and sounds of the city. The hotel bar was beautiful convenient and fun. They had a great drinks great food and great entertainment on the weekend. If I choose to travel back to San Francisco again, I will definitely use this hotel again.
