舊金山Feinstein's at the Nikko附近住宿

我們住了一晚只是為了參加隔壁場地“The Warfield”的一場音樂會。這個街區有點簡陋，但酒店就在我們要去的地方的隔壁，這是我們找到的最好的選擇。酒店本身非常漂亮、現代、乾淨。沒有抱怨。我們住在可欣賞天際線景觀的特大號床間。它有我們需要的一切。一個儲備充足的迷你吧，還有一些小吃。坦白說，淋浴是房間裡我最喜歡的事。我們點了漢堡和床上早餐，食物相當不錯。我唯一不喜歡的是床墊，我這邊的床有一個凹痕，睡起來有點不舒服。因為是周三所以不知道週末會不會很吵。總的來說，這是一次很好的住宿，如果您要去沃菲爾德，這是一個不錯的選擇。我們把車交給代客泊車，雖然有點貴，但也是最簡單的選擇。當您需要時，他們會帶走您的汽車。我們不必等太久。至於在附近散步，就像我說的，有點困難。因此，請運用常識。

內部環境裝潢十分優雅。房間內的設施齊全。不過沒有電熱水壺，衹有咖啡機。如果需要熱水需要去前台。 地理位置優越，乘坐BART或者公交車都挺方便的。 早餐比較單調，但是味道還行（全是甜食），還有水果和酸奶，可以飽腹。

在這裏住了2晚,很驚喜。考慮到它在舊金山,價格相當實惠。位置很棒。我預訂這家酒店主要是因爲它離BART車站很近。確實離蒙哥馬利站只有10-minute步行,雖然從機場到的時候準備把行李拖上坡。酒店在唐人街中間比較繁華的地方拍拍拍拍。無論傍晚還是清晨,我在這裏都從未感到不安全,因爲總有人在磨自己的生意。如果你喜歡散步,你可以步行30分鐘內到漁人碼頭,這就是我所做的。如果你喜歡購物,也可以向相反方向走,去Westfield和Target。附近有好幾條公交站和電車線路。至於房間,雖然很小,但感覺不侷促。沒有空調,但7月份天氣相當冷,所以我沒有熱的問題。淋浴也沒有問題。進出是微風。我甚至可以通過 GrubHub 點菜(因爲大部分餐館在晚上8點關門,甚至週末也很近,我發現這是很難的!)我想我唯一的抱怨是,你在任何時候都能聽到你的鄰居的聲音。我可以聽到有人在上面的地板上腳,有時我會從我隔壁的房間發出噪音。雖然我睡得很好,因爲牀真的很舒適。我在最後一分鐘將我的酒店換成了這家,我很高興我這樣做了。除了偶爾的噪音外,我住得很愉快。

Small, fairly attractive hotel in walking distance to excellent coffee/pastry places and about a 20 min walk to Union Square; a longer walk to the waterfront, palace of fine art etc. Room is small and bathroom is tiny but bed is comfortable. The windows open but there is no screen so if you open it it’s entirely open, though nothing flew in or out of our room. If you want fresh air and leave the window open though be warned it is loud and you will hear: trucks; cars; what sounds like garbage pickup; crazed homeless people screaming out of their mind for what could be hours. There was no maid service and the rooms are very close to each other but interior hotel noise wasn’t an issue as much as noise coming from outside the hotel. It looked clean enough but to be honest i didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room, just had sense whatever cleaning there was was likely kept at a minimum. Front desk is basically a young guy on his phone and luckily we didn’t need his help. Elevator is quaint but sketchy. But it was inexpensive and we got what we paid for in my opinion.

房間雖然不算大，但是整體乾淨合適。前台等服務人員也比較熱情，有問題能及時幫助。就是一樓早餐沒有自助，都是單點。

I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

During our recent stay at The Bay Room (May, 2024), Zachariah, truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He provided a baby crib for our newborn and made sure my family had everything we needed. He even took the time to personally give us a tour of the establishment and provided a map of recommended local locations to visit. The Bay Room was perfect, offering amazing views of Alcatraz, the Bay Bridge, and downtown San Francisco. This room is ideal for families with children or for a romantic night with your partner. The fireplace with an eco-friendly log adds a cozy touch. Zachariah’s exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The establishment's commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction is evident. Highly recommended! 10/10!

航班被取消不得不在機場邊上住一晚。 優點是15分鐘一班的機場巴士和非常給力的氣密窗（飛機起降幾乎完全隔音）。早餐也尚可，炒雞蛋和培根管夠。 缺點： 1. 到達那天我們5件大行李卻沒人幫忙。問了才知道酒店就一位行李員，還不上班…前台説沒辦法。後來看我們東西的確多，來了一位男生幫我們找了推車送我們上樓。 2. 房間噪音非常非常大（不是飛機起降）。換了一次房間沒什麼改善，太累了也就忍了… 另外，從設施到服務，北美的城市Westin和國內的完全不是一會兒事兒…
