都靈機場公寓式飯店(Turin Airport Hotel & Residence)

Ayant choisi de partir de l’aéroport de Turin nous avons choisi cet hotel a 2 pas de l aeroport pour un prix tres interessant !Chambre tres spacieuse, tres bonne literie, accueil tres aimable, possibilité de laisser son vehicule, navette aeroport a prix raisonnable…

Super clean. Quiet. New. Very very nice staff. Amazing kitchen. Only weird thing is there is NOTHING in the kitchen. Not even cutlery so im not sure what the point is. There is no shuttle at this hotel. Only taxi that the hotel calls for you. which will run you 20 euros one way.

Hotel situato in una specie di mini centro commerciale (ricorda le zone commerciali di alcune cittadine americane) è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Le camere molto grandi ed arredate modernamente, tutto funzionante ed in ottimo stato. Personale simpatico alla reception e la ragazza al bar per le colazioni è davvero un tesoro. La zona, aeroportuale e poco turistica, naturalmente non è quieta durante il giorno e senza auto è un problema raggiungerlo, ma d’altronde devi avere un motivo per dormire qui. A colazione, il buffet è a misura dell’albergo ma c’è tutto quello che serve sua per una colazione dolce che salata. Suggerimento, metterei un tostapane, unica cosa che mi è mancata, comunque se vuoi il pane tostato o un toast puoi chiedere alla ragazza e te lo porta al tavolo, così come le bevande da bar (caffè cappuccini etc.). In un albergo italiano usare le macchine self service è una tristezza, molto meglio il cappuccino o il caffè dal bar, con macchina adeguata.

Cet hôtel est parfait, très spacieux et confortable avec stationnement sans aucun soucis. Vous avez le grand calme de la campagne tout en bénéficiant sur place sous une galerie commerçante couverte : restaurants, café, super marché, coiffeur, tabac etc. Idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours pour visiter Turin. Cerise sur la gâteau, l'accueil de Madame ou Monsieur est adorable.

Let's start with the positive, the hotel serves it's purpose being close to the airport, ample parking outside and large rooms. Until check-in, everything seemed fine, however once we got to the room we were surprised with the room feeling extremely hot. Efforts to switch on the a/c proved futile, which is when we decided to call reception, only to be told that due to very big expenses in energy bills in the past months the a/c had to be kept switched off. Now I understand prices are rising globally, both for service providers and for common mortal users like myself. However for a hotel to actually admit they are keeping the a/c off due to utility expenses is certainly one step short of crazy. At night the room was unbearable with multiple guests opening their terrace door, only to let fresh air come in mingled with the smell of manure from a nearby farm! I believe at the very least we should have been notified of this a/c problem upon checkin, possibly even before checkin to ensure we could seek a better option, but alas we might have been asking for too much!

The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to the airport at 4 AM. The room was huge and very clean. It was extremely handy to have shopping and restaurants so close by.

10 minuti di taxi da aeroporto Caselle. Check-in rapido, stanza pulita e silenziosa, condizionamento efficiente,personale cortese. Hanno un nfc di fiducia per l’aeroporto.

Bella struttura, pulizia ok, letto comodo. Angolo cottura non attrezzato (non c'è nessuna stoviglia né pentole nonostante la prenotazione dica diversamente). Personale gentile e disponibile.

Superbe hôtel, je le recommande vivement surtout pour les familles. En plus y’a un parking souterrain gratuit En face il y a une belle cafétéria et un petit centre commercial.
