Great location. It is situated just beside mcdo and starbucks. Staff are polite and very assisting (receptionists are very presentable and beautiful!) Room is very clean including cr. A/C is cold but noisy bec it is the conventional types (for the low price of the room, I wouldn’t expect an inverter type!). Parking area is very wide. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste bec they don’t have it on their package. Or you can buy it on their gift shop, which I did. I also was able to request for a hair blower - it worked salon-like quality! We’ll be coming back! Had an easy time finding your location, we’re from Baguio. Love it! Thank you Hotel Gracelane!

Said that we have inclusive breakfast but when we came there we are excluded on the breakfast... kind of disappointing you should've communicated with each other in terms of our bookings.

Happened in March. Paid for a stay in advance. But hotel claim never to receive the payment. Why only now? I filed an official complaint to DOT and DTI and I was giving them a chance to investigate. They were not even sorry this happened. They think they are the victims because "scammers" are using their name. We decided not to stay there. We looked for a hotel where we feel "safe" The whole process is a nightmare. Ill just post the screenshots.
