We were initially impressed with the lobby upon check in. However, when we entered our room, we noticed how old and not well maintained the rooms was. We were in a one bedroom suite for our party of three. Let’s being with the kitchen: the pantry and kitchen cabinet doors were literally falling off the hinges and the floor had clearly not been mopped. Next the living room area: also not vacuumed and the carpeting was clearly starting to pill and had snags in it. Onto the bedroom: the bed was creaky, sheets were old and the blanket was thin and worn; carpeting in here was also worn and had lots of snags in it also. The bathroom was large and spacious but not a lot of lighting as there were no windows. Water pressure for the shower was basically non-existent, and some of the towels had stains on them. All the walls had some wall papering, but the overall feel of them was just dated. We were really disappointed in the overall quality of the room.
Parking could be better, as overflow fell into the Benihana restaurant parking area.
Staff services was generally friendly, but I didn’t need them for much. I am a Hilton member and asked for a later check out. My request was denied as they said they said they were fully booked for the next round of guests.
Overall, just not impressed. Will not be returning for future visits.
