塔23飯店(Tower 23 Hotel)

I booked the Sky pad which shows ocean views and it said ocean view. When we arrived they told me we were “upgraded” to Sanctuary sweet which has NO view of ocean unless you wedge yourself in the corner of the balcony. During our stay it didn’t appear anyone was even staying in the rooms so I’m not sure why we didn’t get the view I paid for. Also the first night we ordered food and the hotel brought it to room but never knocked so our food sat outside door for 10 mins getting cold. We ordered breakfast the next morning and had to wait over 40 mins. We ended up coming back down to the lobby to see what was going on. We asked for room to be refreshed at 10am yet by 3pm they hadn’t refreshed the room. It was like constant calling and constant following up with the staff which I feel like when I’m on vacation I shouldn’t have to do…..

The hospitality that Tower 23 showed us was off the charts!! So clean and whatever we needed was at our fingertips!! I took my son on the biggest vacation of his life and one he will remember for the rest of his life. Thank you *******!!!!

해변에서 정말로 가까워요 드물게 깨끗하고 친절하고 조식이 정말 근처 어느 식당에서도 이정도 퀄리티를 경험할 수 없었어요 1층 바의 마르가리타도 정말 일품이었습니다.

This property is at excellent location on Pacific beach. It’s a quite small hotel with very friendly staff who are very helpful Parking is easy as the hotel has staff who parks the car for you in the private garage attached to the hotel The room was comfortable and clean of a genuine size The hotel is located very close to the beach about 1-2 minutes walk Would definitely stay again in this hotel

location and view was amazing. We had multiple things wrong with our suite and received zero housekeeping during our 4 day stay because they told us they were short staffed.

Steps from the beach and steps from heaps of great food options. The hotel provides the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas, balls, boogie boards) at no charge.

Everything u need is write here. Staff was awesome. Free bike rentals. Cant wait to go back!

Tower 23 is our favorite hotel in PB. The hotel staff and service is amazing. Can’t beat the location.
