サンディエゴ動物園にも近く、24時間のコーヒーや飲料水のサービスはとてもよかった。部屋から、グリル&バーの食事を頼めるのも良いと思う。朝食はとても美味しかった。 ただシャワーの使い方が難しくてわかり辛かった。

Nice breakfast options when I went: eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and more. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen in our room had a plenty of options for dishes, utensils, and food containers. The in-room phone had iffy connection, but the internet made up for it.

The stay was great! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff! Only a few things would have made it perfect but it’s definitely just my personal preference, is the room set up! The bathroom location it was hard to get up in the morning with a family and get ready, use the bathroom and not wake everyone up! Also there were no luggage racks which was very inconvenient! Tv would not work with our Amazon fire stick and the sink it the bathroom was backed up! Also the layout of the kitchenette was challenging!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Quiet. Everything you would want...except for the bathroom. It makes zero sense. 1 - It is a sliding door with a giant piece of clouded glass that faces the beds - so if anyone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night everyone in bed gets a slightly dimmer light in their face. 2 - The shower only has glass that goes halfway and there is no door (also only a shower so cleaning the young children became more of a chore), so every shower would end with a bunch of water on the bathroom floor 3 - no fan. So it took longer for the bathroom to de-humidify and clear upnagter a shower. All thay being said, id probably stay here again if i go back to San Diego because or all the positives.

Pros : The pool area, the breakfast offerings were quite good, some of their staff was excellent. Cons: We arrive an hour after we were supposed to check in and no rooms were available for us, we had to wait about 45 minutes. You have to pay 15 dollars everyday to park which is ridiculous. After our first night they swapped out our towels and sheets and the new ones were quite stained in places. A few days later we asked for fresh towels to be brought to the room, that took about 35 minutes which is absurd. Then our room hadn't been cleaned for a days which was confusing to us because they literally cleaned our room night 1 but that was it. So we called and ask for toilet paper and the worker told us we are on the first floor so we have to come get it ourselves. Also we had to get fresh towels one last time before leaving and wouldn't you know it.. Stained again.
