체크인전에 짐보관했어요 식당예약을 못해서 포장해서 호텔야외테이블에서 먹었는데 불꽃놀이까지 구경하게 되어 더 멋졌어요^^

Have good experience with hotel

Reportamos que estaba tapado el lavamanos y nunca fueron a arreglarlo, además nos pidieron un depósito en garantía cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada, fue muy molesto porque hoy las tarjetas de crédito y débito no tienen nombre y no me aceptaban ninguna tarjeta, por lo que tuve que pedir a uno de mis acompañantes su tarjeta prestada y le retuvieron $150 USD de su tarjeta.

5/5 for the staff - they were all very helpful, friendly and attentive. The parking was tricky. It was under the hotel and limited. Breakfast was great. A lot of options and the staff made sure the popular items were replenished quickly. We enjoy downtown and Belmont Park. The property is between both with a 10 minute drive to each one. The rooms are dated and smaller. Overall - we had a great stay.

The room door was a little hard to open and close, maybe because it is a bit out dated building. We had a bit of trouble getting the air conditioning to cool the room, but at the end we got it going. The beds are very comfortable, the pool looked pretty cool and descent. Breakfast was perfect for our family. Over all it went very well.

Friendly, helpful staff focused on customer satisfaction. Very clean room, fresh crisp linens, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Good sightseeing area in Old Town San Diego and close to transportation hub. Really great staff and cleanliness make all the difference!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, el hotel limpio el personal amable. El desayuno incluido esta muy completo lo unico el parking se para por separado 27dll y esta como 2 o 3 cuadras del centro de old town

Property is walkable to Old Town San Diego. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and when we reported the incident the housekeeper replied, Yes it's that time of season. Walls within room we're patched up.
