Ocean Front View Property was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and situated in a perfect location within Mission Beach. Will stay again. Was visiting my son who is attending University of San Diego. 12 minutes away. No issues at all

Perfect for couples This place is perfect for couples. Nit big enough for more then 2 people. Parkimg isnt next to the studio apartment. But not far from it. Easy walking didtsnce. Just a block away. Ocean views from our balcony. We stayed in #7

Weekend in Mission Beach Property is exactly as listed, small but great location. The kitchen & bathroom have everything you could possibly want, including coffee & basic supplies which was very helpful. We could clearly see dolphins from the window and surfers all day long and it was fun just people watching. The only criticism is that it was a little hot in August without A/C, you have to have the patio door open all the time which can be a little noisy at night. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Nice Place, superb view Lovely place to stay if wanting to be right on the beach. The view is beautiful, can’t beat that. I think it’s more for a solo person than a couple but we made it work. Sleeping with the sliding doors open was nice to feel the breeze & it kept the place cool since there is no AC. Had access to a lot in walking distance & that was nice. The tub/shower is challenging getting in & out of & the beach chairs definitely need to be replaced. We didn’t use them because the arms were damaged & the chairs(one of them ) was rusted
