There is a $400 cleaning fee for any oil, food, drinks, or grease stains on the driveway. Street parking is available. Laundry: Washer/Dryer is available to guests staying longer than 4 nights at an additional cost $10 per load. No garage access. Garage is being used as storage. Strictly NO parties/events hosting.
