這家飯店自詡高品質，但實際體驗卻遠低於預期。床一坐下就吱吱作響，床墊中間凹陷，根本睡不好；馬桶過濾器堵塞嚴重；Nespresso咖啡機無法正常工作，膠囊無法放入；有線電視服務在使用過程中也總是自動重啟。清潔人員倒是挺友好的。退房時，前台接待員上樓查看房間，回來後卻粗魯無禮地問我們房間裡有多少件浴袍，暗示我們拿走了一件。這讓我們這些客人非常惱火；飯店應該事先清點房間內的物品，並在打擾客人之前先詢問工作人員。

飯店就在主廣場－和平廣場（Plaza de la Paz）上，位置絕佳。員工服務超越預期，熱情友好，體貼周到，樂於助人。真心祝賀！房間雖然不大，但完全夠用。床墊非常舒適。我一定會再入住。

服務很棒。床不太舒服。建議選擇不臨街的房間，因為很吵。我們運氣不好，有人把車停在飯店旁邊，放著很大的音樂；這並非飯店的錯，而是臨街房間的通病。房間設計、飯店整體以及地理位置都非常好。考慮到聖克里斯托瓦爾的氣溫有時會比較高，這裡的溫度非常舒適。與其他聖克里斯托瓦爾的酒店不同，這家酒店提供代客泊車服務，省去了您步行好幾個街區取車的麻煩，這真是個很大的優勢。

Excelente hotel ubicado en el centro histórico de San Cristóbal a una cuadra de la plaza principal adaptada súper cómodas el restaurante está una cuadra caminando El hotel tiene obras de arte en el lobby que hacen la estancia más amena y además sirve el personales Super amable con buena disposición.

This boutique hotel is elegant, has friendly and dedicated staff working there. The room is perfectly decorated with high ceiling if you’re on the first floor. The towels are plush, the robes are quality made and even the slippers are worthy to take home one of a kind. The shower lacks pressured water flow, our only complaint but still doable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the center zocalo. We bought a bottle of wine and drank at the lounge next to the front desk and hung out for hours. It’s so worth it to stay here and we felt like two nights were not enough.
