Todo muy bien, la verdad es que pasamos de lo mejor una estancia muy acogedora en la suite, la cual cuenta con 3 niveles 2 de ellas con baños incluidos y el 3er nivel una cocina integral con cafetera y horno de microondas, la privacidad que te otorga muy buena, las asesorías de cualquier duda vía WhatsApp son excelentes, muy amables...volveré nuevamente.

Relación precio no existe , ¿1600 por una habitación con colchón de espuma ? Hay que pagar por cada servicio adicional es una sorpresa que no te cobren por jalarle a la taza del baño , los departamentos son austeros en relación a lo que te ofrecen por ejemplo yo me quedé en la habitación tierra y es solo una habitación con una mala cama , no tiene estufa , el baño con retrete es tremendamente pequeño. En fin no lo recomiendo si vas con familia , adicional a que cuando les comentas algo que no te parece te dan mala respuesta vía WhatsApp.

La propiedad esta muy bonita sus cuartos tienen una decoración exelente y la ubicación esta bien, esta serca del centro y en su esquina pasa las conbis para la occ, el Lugar es muy tranilo y muy comodo se lo recomiendo

I confirmed the night before I would arrive at 2pm. I confirmed when I left Tuxtla the next morning. When I arrived no one was there. When I finally reached someone I was dealing with 2 people and it still took over an hour to check in. I was told I needed to add them to Whatsapp and send them a copy of my passport. I received over 20 messages with instructions on how to get in and trying to upsell me the "terrace" rental. The process of self check in was a huge pain. The tv in my room did not work but I think that was probably dead batteries in the remote. I would have overlooked these issues but on Sunday morning, with less then an hours notice I was asked to vacate my suite for 3 hours. She told me exterminators were coming for routine fumigation and for safety reasons everyone needed to leave. I asked what chemicals they were using but she did not know and told me I needed to be out between 10am and 1pm. I told her I did not want chemicals sprayed in my suite. She was clearly upset but said they would not spray my suite but I still needed to leave. Before I left she was on the "terrace". I went to talk to her about a security issue but she was very rude and ignored me. The patio door on the suite does not lock. Anyone renting the lower suite or one of the many rooftops connected to the hotel could access my suite. If anyone is using the terrace there is no privacy in the suite. They were too cheap to buy 1 more curtain so having a shower you are completely exposed, especially if someone is on the terrace. I came back a little before 3pm after the fumigation and the access door to my suite was locked from the inside so I could not get into my suite. When I was able to get back in I noticed someone had been in my suite so I asked if it was fumigated. She told me it was not fumigated and no one went into my suite. She then said maybe someone went in my suite to do an "inspection". Security issues, rude and unprofessional host. After my review I was sent the following message demanding payment for water that was never supplied and false accusations including issues with other guests. I never saw anyone else in the time I was there: you need to pay for your water bobles consumtion $48 "Security issues": If there was any security issue, it was caused by your own actions, as you left without paying for your outstanding balance on bottled water. This behavior was documented and reported to Booking in a private review. Private terrace and behavior towards other guests: The terrace is part of the suite but is available for rent as an optional service for $7 USD per day for those who wish to use it. During your stay, other guests rented it, and you reacted aggressively and disrespectfully toward them. No one was "watching" you; other guests were simply enjoying a service they had legitimately booked. Routine fumigation: This is a mandatory process per local regulations and is carried out by certified professionals. It is scheduled on Sundays at midday b

Incredibly rude host. We had a bad experience and now from other reviews I can see we are not the only ones. We booked online and received lots of info through WhatsApp for the location, Wi Fi etc and arrived easy enough but could find no obvious way in. There was obviously a code system to go in but we had been sent nothing. The host admitted later we should have been sent the exact suite and a door code. Someone came out who I thought was staying there we asked how to get in and he mentioned the codes but nothing else. He could see we had 2 young kids and our bags and were have difficulty getting in. Turned out he was the receptionist/local host but had made no attempt to assist. Through the WhatsApp chat I had managed to contact the main host and he sent me a code but it was still not clear. The receptionist came out again and we had to push for his attention. The host then called and my wife spoke to him. She made it clear we were unhappy as we were stuck in the street with our bags and 2 young kids but was polite. He became extremely rude and he would give us back our money and we could leave. He had already sent a WhatsApp prior to say he would upgrade the room and the receptionist was showing us this room when the host called back and said to downgrade us again. We were then shown another room but we would have to leave it the day after due to another booking: Of course after 30 minutes we had had enough and spoke to the host to confirm we could cancel and would be refunded. We did this and provided all the info asked for. 5 days later and we have had promised every day that the money would be with us by the end of the day with nothing happening. The host says it’s another department and not down to him. The booking app have confirmed the cancellation was in order and we should get the money back. We are lucky that we speak spanish, have family here in Mexico and knew the town well enough to locate another hotel. Can only imagine what it would be like if we from further afield: Absolutely no need for the host to be that rude and disrespectful.
