Sono stata diverse volte sia a pranzo che a cena , durante la mia vacanza a San Cassiano al ristorante Grill, ottima esperienza, cibo semplice ma ottimo , personale molto attento , super cordiale , direttore sempre disponibile e professionale. La struttura e’ stupenda e di classe. Nota super positiva, il mio cagnolino e’ stato ben accetto anche nella sala ristorante . Prezzi in linea con il livello , torneremo sicuramente !

Io e mio marito avremmo voluto festeggiare il Nostro anniversario nel loro ristorante. Attenzione ho usato il condizionale , ora spiego perché . Giovedì 4 settembre ore 20:45 andiamo a prenotare il tavolo per domenica 7 settembre per le ore 20:15/20:30 e ci viene confermato da una donna. Domenica 7 ci presentiamo davanti al ristorante all’ora concordata e , indovinate ?? Porte chiuse , la telecamera ci riprende , cerco di bussare ai camerieri che passano ma nessuno ci degna di uno sguardo. Allora decidiamo di andare altrove ( trovando fortunatamente un tavolo). Alle 21:10 ( non prima ) ci arriva la chiamata da parte di questo ristorante dicendo : ci scusiamo ma il ristorante non prende esterni all’hotel . Che mi sta pure bene . Ma perché non dirlo subito al momento della prenotazione ? Almeno chiamate la mattina così avremmo avuto il tempo di cercare con calma altrove !!! Albergo a 5 stelle e ristorante top ma la professionalità non sapete cosa sia! Gestisco un albergo 4 stelle e meno male che i miei collaboratori non sono come voi! Se dovessi tornare a San Cassiano so la struttura che eviterò!!

Una visita in questa nuovissima struttura che merita una lode per capacità innovativa ma senza esagerare rispetto all’ambiente circostante .

non giustificabili i prezzi così alti, il servizio al bar dozzinale, le camere gradevoli ma non eccezionali. Non c'è calore, accoglienza vera , spiace perché ricordo quando passavo con i precedenti gestori, i genitori dell'attuale proprietario, e la situazione era davvero diversa

I cant write enough to explain how fantastic this hotel is. The staff think of everything ahead of you needing it, they are ALL so professional, willing and just fabulous. I don't think I've had service like that. Nothing was too much, I damaged my leg skiing and they went beyond to help me every day. What a hotel, the restaurants are second to none. We loved relaxing in every area of the hotel, the pianist most evenings was a delight. The wealth of detail in every area incredible...just beautiful. We treated ourselves to the Chefs table in the St Hubertus which as described above was beyond expectation, the flavours, the unusual sustainable, local dishes made our mouths water. Superb. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this ultimate experience again. Thank you so much to all

We returned to Rosa Alpina because the first visit was so enjoyable. Once again, the service was excellent, the suites were very comfortable, and the St Hubertus restaurant was a culinary spectacle. They provide little cakes and biscuits in the room as well as good branded quality water bottles and rucksacks. The spa is also good. The concierge service will handle all the skiing requirements from equipment hire to booking lessons. The only small criticisms I have are: - they need another transport van during the seasons as we were left waiting for too long, and - the beds have two separate duvets and we prefer one large duvet.
