好吧，我訂了房間，進去辦理入住，然後給我臨時安排，我需要100 美元的押金，因為我沒有信用卡，所以無法辦理入住，他們告訴我要和旅行談談，然後在什麼時候拿回你的錢trip聯繫了他們，他們否認這是一種如此可怕的對待客戶的方式

Nice despite renovation Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Looks like the hotel is going through a renovation, so some areas were a bit dirty/dusty and the common areas were warm. The hot tub was also out of order, which was fine, but having caution tape was a little disconcerting. Location was great for what we needed, but there was some traffic noise. Parking lot is cramped due to construction materials. Staff was nice, and breakfast was hot.

4th of July The front desk was very nice and our request were completed each day. But the only thing we hated was our request to be away from the elevator wasn't done. We were the first room when you get off the evevator. We heard every person that got off morning to midnight.

Las instalaciones son aceptables, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento incluido, al momento del check in te cargan 25 dlls extras, mismos q se devuelven días posteriores al check out si no los utilizas en comestibles dentro del hotel u algún otro servicio. está cerca de river walk para ir caminando…. Unos 20 minutos, yo fui con niños y no les pareció lejos caminar para allá. El elevador un día no funcionó sin embargo no me desagradó ya q muchas veces prefiero usar escaleras, pero no todos están en la misma situación, las habitacion contaba con una sala de estar con TV, la recámara me pareció algo pequeña sin embargo se compensa con la sala, camas cómodas, la limpieza fue buena y el desayuno es con lo básico… huevo, salchicha, hotcakes, leche, cereal, avena, yogurth, café, jugo.

Property is in a convenient location. Otherwise, I’d say pretty much avoid. Rooms were fairly clean, but the hotel drastically needs updating. There are homeless people walking through the parking lot and around the outside of the parking lot. My kids were nervous. Parking is very limited and at night it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot.

At least 1 or more piece of each set of bedding was visibly dirty. We asked to replace a blanket and the hotel staff gave us a bed pad instead. The room didn't smell very good either. Not confident that the cleaning staff is doing even the bare minimum. In order to get to the river walk, you have to walk and risk being blocked by a stopped train (happened to us) with no easy way to go around without a very long walk to avoid it and the area has a lot of homeless people so not a safe idea to venture through side streets. The parking was awful as there isn't very much room and some parking spaces barely fit small cars so our SUV was nearly on the line on both sides. If it was free, I wouldn't stay here again.

Todo excelente y buena ubicación Nos gustó mucho para estadía en familia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con una sala aparte separada de la recámara lo que permite dormir a los niños y poder seguir arreglándose o relajarse con los niños dormidos y tranquilos. Me volvería a quedar aqui. Buen desayuno americano.
