聖安東尼奧機場/北極星購物中心萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall)

It is convenient to go to the airport. The hotel Ubers to and from the airport. The staff is helpful! The breakfast is warm and fulfilling! Will stay here again!

I really loved staying at this hotel and will choose here for my next trips to San Antonio.

First of all the front desk young lady and gentleman were very nice and accommodating. But especially Maria who worked the breakfast was awesome. She went out of her way to please the guest that were there and was Very friendly and nice!! About the hotel…the location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do but the hotel is on the older side and definitely needs attention. The rooms are small and the rooms that have king size bed don’t have a sofa bed in it the only rooms with sofa bed have 1 queen bed in it. The bathroom had many loose tiles on the floor and you could see where lots of the grout was gone. Our room had no iron, ironing board or blow dryer which should be in each room. The room smelled very musky/humid that made it uncomfortably so I had to spray some air freshener to help. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at this hotel again but I do want to acknowledge the people working there for their great customer service.

I was shocked at the lower quality of this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Only one elevator for five floors PLUS elevators had to be shared with hotel cleaning staff, which made for some long wait times. 2. The common areas could have been much cleaner. 3. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Everything seemed old and worn.

我和我的家人在酒店住了兩晚，一切都很好。它有一個很大的停車場。我們辦理入住時沒有任何問題，接待我們的女士向我們解釋說，我們可以決定是每天打掃房間還是只在需要的時候打掃房間，以及重複使用房間內的毛巾或更換它們日常的。包含在房費裡的早餐非常好，種類豐富，隨時補充。它有一個室內游泳池，我們沒有使用它，但看起來非常好。位置非常好，是通往任何地方的入口，距離北購物中心也很近，我的意思是它很舊，但你會發現非常好的商店和優惠。離開飯店有幾家我強烈推薦的餐廳，一家供應海鮮，另一家供應肉類。 對酒店的幾點建議： 1. 4人間，至少配備8個枕頭和4條毛巾。我知道您可以在接待處提出要求，但通常您到達酒店時會很累，您唯一想要的就是休息。 2.停車場裡的樹或遮陽傘或遮陽篷，這個季節SAT天氣炎熱，底下的汽車變成了烤箱。

Muy agradable el hotel con super ubicación, solo ciertos dias el agua no salia muy caliente pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente

優秀的飯店，毗鄰北極星購物中心，提供免費早餐，距離機場 10 分鐘路程，游泳池有頂棚，提供外部餐廳的客房服務

The hotel and room were more than satisfactory. However the internet was unacceptable. The router seemed to always turn off and have to be manually turned on. Once I had to have a tech / engineer come up to get it going for me. In the end, I gave up. NOT acceptable.
