Arrived late Friday night. Check in went semi smooth but the room condition was not good. AC was leaking water, bathroom sink leaked underneath, shower had issues and room smelled damp and moldy.
Room above me had kids running around until 2-3am. Called front desk but they continued even after I complained.
It was very late and I just didn’t feel like dealing with it, just wanted a place to sleep.

The staff REPEATEDLY over charged my card resulting in putting over $675 on hold that never released during the entire trip which was part of our vacation money. Even after I spoke to them, they kept messing up things so I quit talking to them because they just kept charging more and more!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Would NEVER stay there again . Our truck please a few more trucks all got broken into. The hotel right away said they weren’t liable and they don’t have cameras anywhere around the parking lock . They said they have a security but let me tell you if they are able to break into multiple vehicle in one night your security guard is asleep and not doing his job .

Amazing how parking is charged but I guess security was asleep and didn’t noticed 3 vehicles got broken into in different parts of that parking lot and nobody saw anything. I can see people getting away with breaking one window but breaking 3, at least that I know of might have been more. Then why charge for parking, yea it’s less then $9 for parking but it’s charged for a reason just don’t know the reason for it.
