WE STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS, THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE BUT NOTHING SPECIAL, WHEN WE LEFT I FORGOT 4 CELL PHONES THAT I HAVE FOR MY WORK ON THE SHELF UNDER THE OFFICE, MY FRIEND FORGOT A PIECE OF CLOTHES IN THE WARDROBE .... WE RETURNED TO OUR COUNTRY AND INFORMED THEM ... I CALLED MY CELL PHONES AND WHILE THEY RINGED AFTER A SHORT TIME THEY WERE CLOSED ... WHEN I CONTACTED THE HOTEL THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING ... I WAS CALLING THEM FOR THREE DAYS AND ASKED I GOT THE SAME ANSWER....UNBELIEVABLE!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE WASN'T ANYWHERE AND HE DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BACK...IT'S OBVIOUS THAT OUR THINGS HAVE BEEN STOLEN, PROBABLY BY THE CLEANING AGENCY AND THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS AS IF I WAS LYING TO THEM...COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE...SO BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR THINGS IF YOU DECIDE TO GO....I STILL REGRET IT Bitterly...

Rooms without ac, the worst food I have ever tasted, even in hotels with 2*. Also too many bugs in the room, even though there is windows netting. Safe in the room didn’t work, and stuff didn’t know how to fix it and just left. In one of the conferences room there is such a bad smell. Customer experiences at all 2 of 10.

Hotel reception - stood there on check-in for 15minutes before being served despite 3 staff members available. Hotel room - AC not working so 4 days sleeping in 26-28 degrees. Apparently an engineer fixed it on day 2 - no they didn’t. Restaurants - Olym pic self service restaurant - limited options, just one coffee machine at breakfast serving a full room so 20minutes wait for a coffee! Even more limited options on off-peak times. Japanese restaurant - waited nearly 40minutes for a bowl of sweet potato fries that was missed off the original order. Two out of three starters missing, they were served after the mains were served. Asked for a drink until fries arrived and told that bar was closed! Arrogant staff and didn’t care about customer service at all. Gym - friendly staff and happy to help, good equipment. Farriers Bar - the tall guy (the manager I'm guessing) couldn't help us anymore than he did - great personality. He was the stand-out person in that whole complex. Checkout - told to vacate by 9am when check-in details said 11am. A piece of paper was slipped under our room door the day before. We were 20mins late checking out (waiting for that coffee in the breakfast room) and literally told off at reception desk. Finally - waiting for our taxi we had 30mins spare so we went for a walk around the complex. Then told off by security guard that everywhere was closed and we were told to go back to hotel reception and wait there! This place might be “state of the art” but customer experience is in the dark ages!

Das erste Zimmer war ein Paradies - allerdings nur für die Ameisen und Spinnweben. Es hatte einen Ausblick auf eine Hecke. Es roch etwas muffig und überall krabbelten diese kleinen Tierchen. Blümchen standen nicht irgendwo rum. Die gibt es nur auf dem Foto. Der Teppich war voller Flecken und der Safe kaputt. Nach einer Beschwerde durften wir in der Nacht noch das Zimmer wechseln. Dieses lag in einem oberen Geschoss und sah etwas netter aus, ohne Ameisen und ohne Gestank. Das Frühstück war naja. Das gilt aber nur für Leute, die keinen Kaffe trinken. Der einzig funktionierende Automat hatte eine lange Schlange, sodass man irgendwann auf den Kaffee verzichtete. Alternativ konnte man am Tresen aber einen Kaffee käuflich erwerben. So unterschiedlich ist das Verständnis in den einzelnen Ländern zum Thema Frühstück inklusive. Die Sportanlagen sind super, aber was nützt das, wenn der Service sonst nicht stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Viel Geld für wenig Leistung - enttäuschend! Nie wieder!
