愛奧尼亞綠寶石度假飯店(Ionian Emerald Resort)

We went b&b as we like to walk to harbour in evening to eat. Hotel is so quiet and relaxing. Rooms spotless and beds very comfy. Sun bed’s always available and thick mattress on sun beds. The staff make this hotel. So friendly and hardworking. This was our second visit here but we will be back!

Spettacolare resort che i 5 stelle se li guadagna tutti, ottime camere ben pulite , peccato il frigo bar i camera solo una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo , ristorante ottimo con personale estremamente professionale e cordiale, un particolare ringraziamento a Nicol che si è distinta per gentilezza e simpatia; il resort inoltre è dotato di piscina con sdraie ben comode, ha una spiaggetta privata davanti al Resort , il posto è estremamente tranquillo e Samos è a 5 minuti di auto piena di ristorantini ma anche vicino all'hotel non mancano taverne caratteristiche greche sempre più rare, anche se i prezzi si aggirano attorno ai 25 30 € , ma sempre competitivi all'Italia. Un particolare ringraziamento alla Direzione che a seguito di un mio piccolo infortunio si è prodigata per un soccorso immediato senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Un grazie da Roberto e Patrizia.

We have recently returned home after a fabulous week staying at the Ionian Emerald Hotel. Staff superb, always happy to help. The location is excellent with only a 10/12 minute stroll to the town where there is plenty of choice of places to eat, drink and while away the time people watching and seeing the boats arrive at the peer. A holiday that ticks the boxes and this week we'll book for next year.

I was skeptical but having arrived at the hotel very late, the staff did accommodated myself and family beyond the restaurant closing time, The food was great, the staffs from the receptions to the restaurant and porter where exceptional friendly

A small family run hotel which is excellent, the rooms were clean with amazing views , the food was lovely and the staff were fantastic , both very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble . Would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to return

We have just returned from the Ionian Emerald Resort and had a wonderful time. Although the hotel is rated 5* a fairer rating would be 4.5*. A few tweeks would bring it up to its listed 5*. A better complementary tea/coffee tray etc. Two tea bags and 2 little pots of milk really isn't adequate. Bottled water supplied daily, a mini bar and a better shower arrangement. The room did have a large bath with jets and the shower was over the bath but a walk in shower would be better, buts that's only our opinion. Our suggestion of a long hanging space for dresses was taken on board by the management. Having said that the staff without exception were excellent, and a special mention to Eva and Alex on reception, Fania on the bar and our wonderful room lady Agnise (apologies if name spelt incorrectly) . Good staff are essential to making the holiday . The breakfast menu could be improved but there was plenty of choice and the omelettes were fab. We will be returning to this hotel as it was so very relaxed and in a lovely position just a short walk into Sami where the choice of restaurants, bars etc was just right. We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious with an amazing view. As said we had a wonderful time at the Ionian Emerald and we will book again.

We would highly recommend this hotel. It is set in beautiful well kept gardens. It is a quiet family run hotel, the staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay relaxing. The hotel is very clean and everyone we spoke to was helpful and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel and a short walk to Sami where there are plenty of places to eat. We will definitely be returning

Great location. Easy stroll in Sami. Rooms tired and bathroom dark with only a hand shower. Daily room cleaning very good. Breakfast poor basic quality. Pool, hotel beach and facilities shared with sister hotel (Athena , 2 star) meaning often not being able to find an available sun bed.Very unfair after paying top dollar at the Emerald! Nothing much goes on at this hotel which if you just want to relax and chill is great. Definitely not 5 star. 4 at best.

Had a great family holiday here. Lovely hotel which had a very friendly feel. All the staff worked so hard to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The pool area is very relaxing and the evening bar and restaurant has great food and particularly good cocktails. The local restaurants were really good, we went to Zervati in the evening a lot as the food was so nice and was a very friendly family restaurant. At lunch time we went to Karavomilos on the sea front most days, only 5 mins from the hotel, amazing views over the bay towards Sami, food was lovely and was a great way to spend a lunchtime. We went in to Sami a few times and the food was always good, a lot of restaurants to choose from, the walk from the hotel in the evening is very easy and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, thanks to all the hard working staff who made our holiday so enjoyable.
