The physical facility was really nice, no complaints at all. The Sky Bar has an excellent view on the top floor. The little things just don't work here. Had to ask for the same thing multiple times from staff in order to get it done. Visa machines consistently had issues at on site restaurants. Weird things like the cold water faucet in the bathroom giving hot water. Missed some of the details here, could've been a much nicer hotel.

Хорошая четверка, чисто в номере, персонал дружелюбный, завтраки на 4 балла, расположение в центре, в номере тихо, была возможность по раннему заезду без дополнительной оплаты. Из минусов бассейн маленький. Всем рекомендую

Très bel hôtel récent avec une vrai recherche de style dans la décoration. Service très attentionné, personnel parlant anglais, bonbonne d'eau à l'accueil. Magnifique chambre avec une literie confortable ce qui est rare en Ouzbékistan ! A à peine dix minutes à pied de la place du Régistan. Très bel ensemble piscine/spa/sauna dont on a l'exclusivité car il faut réserver à l'avance. Cela fait un bien incroyable le soir après une journée de visite à 39° à l'ombre. Excellent petit déjeuner qui est à la fois bon et varié. L'hôtel a envoyé un véhicule gratuitement nous chercher à la gare et nous a ramené au retour, pratique (je ne sais pas si c'est valable pour toutes les chambres car nous avions une deluxe). La rue pour y accéder n'est pas folichonne mais ce n'est rien pour profiter d'un aussi bel hôtel. Bref un sans faute et l'un de nos meilleurs hôtels en Ouzbékistan.

Jahongir Premium is new and lovely. The room was spacious but cosy and well decorated. cofee and tea sachets were provided. There was a wide variety buffet breakfast spread which we enjoyed. The hotel was walking distance to most of the sights and restaurants. Staff was approachable. They were able to provide transfers at a reasonable rate. Only thing was that the heater Aircon was not fixed yet in our room so we had to just rely on just the radiator. We then asked for extra blankets in case it got cold as it was snowing outside but the staff was unable to provide them. Thankfully the heat from the radiator was ok. Since the hotel was quite new, this could be 1 of the teething issues that needs to be addressed. Other than that, everything was lovely.
