"這家旅館簡直荒唐，每晚收費4600盧布，提供的服務最多值2500盧布。與其說是飯店，不如說是帶廚房的青年旅舍，如果你想吃飯喝水的話。到了晚上，廚房水槽裡堆滿了髒碗碟，感覺像是在別人家而不是在飯店。最糟糕的是那50公升的熱水器，不知道為什麼，洗完澡後就沒水了，剩下的水都是冰冷的，要知道飯店明明規定必須提供熱水，而且你也不會指望熱水會突然出現。淋浴間的浴簾黏在身上，根本洗不乾淨。吹風機花了15秒就壞了——簡直是老古董。房間小得可憐，打開行李箱後，你根本無法站起來（假設你能在這裡打開行李箱的話）。更糟的是：浴室門離床只有20厘米，正對著你的臉，而且還是磨砂玻璃拉門。不用說，房間裡根本沒有通風（就是一個簡易馬桶，裡面根本沒有空氣流通），室友上廁所的時候，你簡直要被臭味熏死了，因為實際上，有人就在你面前的床上“方便”，門卻關不上。飯店代表拒絕賠償熱水不足和吹風機壞掉造成的糟糕服務，理由是大家都對酒店很滿意，他們沒有義務賠償，而且我們在入住時有10分鐘的時間來評價服務質量，之後服務就不可能再差了（這種說法簡直令人震驚）。此外，牆壁是用紙板做的，你甚至能聽到隔壁房間地板吱吱作響的聲音，更別提隔壁的輕聲細語了。這家所謂的飯店其實就是普通樓房一樓的改造公寓。性價比極低，服務態度也差勁。俄羅斯聯邦消費者權益保護和福利監督局（Rospotrebnadzor）肯定會強烈要求查封這家**。這裡提供的服務竟然要價2500盧布，簡直是勒索！"
