I cannot recommend Townhouse Weisses Kreuz enough. This place is a hidden gem amongst all the incredible history and beauty of Salzburg. It’s tucked away at the base of the Fortress Hohensalzburg. It’s an amazing blend of rustic and modern architecture and yet so very European in its style and elegance. Our hosts, Claudia and Jorg, were beyond helpful and so gracious. They went through the history of the building and gave us many wonderful ideas on things to do in Salzburg. The hotel itself is like something out of a movie. The attention to detail and rustic furnishings are incredible ( many of the furnishings and decor are for sale in fact). The bedrooms are spacious and oh so comfortable. There’s a spa room with a steam bath, a garden out back, a very large lounge area with a bar - all of which look like they were straight out of an architectural design magazine. Townhouse Weisses Kreuz is located within walking distance of the heart of Salzburg. Museums, shops, restaurants - all very close by and so wonderfully historic - Salzburg does not disappoint. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Townhouse Weisses Kruez!

Enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Townhouse Weisses Kreuz. Hosts were warm and welcoming, and from the moment we arrived we felt well taken care of in their beautiful townhouse. Every detail was perfection and we are looking forward to coming back someday. Highly recommended.
