Attended around 12.30pm on a Saturday. Only 1 person in front of me at the bar. They ordered their food and there was a problem with the till which wasn’t accepting food orders. The bar person walked off and for the next 10 minutes 4 different members of staff came behind the bar, none of whom offered to serve me. The member of staff who had took the food order in front of me spent her time delivering cutlery and sauces to the people who had ordered the food. She came behind the bar several times but still never offered to serve me. By this time here was another customer waiting to be served and he asked me what was happening and I told him absolutely nothing was happening. I eventually walked out and we went to the Marine where we were served instantly. What appalling service. Loads of staff but goodness knows what they were doing.
