Spacious lounge/diner and three bedrooms (2 x doubles and 1 x twin), all on one level means it's ideal for those with mobility issues and four-legged furry friends alike! Close proximity to the beach, the pretty beck and all village shops and eateries makes this the ideal base from which to experience the magic of Staithes.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).No pets in the bedrooms or on the furniture.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Strictly no sub-letting of the property is allowed..Please ensure the property is left as clean as you found it and that all windows and doors are secured,Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the green bin with the orange lid located just inside the gate of Beckstone's Yard.About checkIn:Check in after 5:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Very quaint cottage in a prime location. Slight issue with access as my husbands wheelchair was too wide to get into wet room but Jon and Shona with the help of their friend Phill came to the rescue. They went above and beyond to help and were excellent hosts, thank you . It would not put us off returning.

Pleasant cottage - needs updating!
The cottage was well planned with places for 6 people to sleep but the kitchen was very small and was in dire need of updating. There was really only comfortable seating for 4 people and the wet room didn’t really dry out and this made it difficult to use the facilities in the room. We did enjoy our few days in Staithes, however, with the interesting harbour, pubs and cafes - everyone was so friendly.

Worth the scary descent!
Lovely cottage, quite spacious inside - not as little as it looks on the outside. Scarily steep&narrow access road if, like me, you're a nervous driver! But compared to some other places in the higgledy-piggledy village, access to the property is actually relatively easy!!
Very central location and a lovely place from which to explore. But if you're not used to country living, be aware that places shut/stop serving much earlier than you're expecting. We had to eat earlier than we normally would!

Brilliant stay fantastic location
Lovely little sea side cottage, very well equipped and appreciated all the little extras to make our stay extra special. Perfect location for exploring 2 minutes from the beach, every one was friendly and welcoming in the village. Can highly recommend
