鹽湖城卡頓伍德萬怡飯店(Courtyard Salt Lake City Cottonwood)

I stayed here for a week trip of snowboarding on nearby slopes. The location was excellent as I was able to get to all the mountains easily. I had originally attempted to upgrade my room, shortly after booking it, but was not allowed to do so. While my room met my needs, comfortably, it was disappointing that breakfast offering was purchase only and not an included as a benefit of staying here.

Nice place for business or a good place to sleep in between runs to ski at the varioua resorts in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The bed are comfy. Could use some firmer pillow options and better hair dryers. Outside of that I found it to be a very nice stay.

The location is great! Rooms were really clean with all the essentials. The mini frig and microwave were a plus. There is a coffee shop within walking distance that is amazing called Alpha Coffee. Get the breakfast burrito or egg and sausage croissant sandwich! There is also a 7-11 nearby that is open late. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until 3am. The front desk staff helped check us in at 3am with ease. I would stay here again!

This was our third time staying there. We thought we liked it but after we checked out we realized we had left 4 days of our favorite clothes in the room closet. We called the front desk about 5 hours after we left. They said they didn't find our clothes. They said there was a new guest in the room so they couldn't go in and look for our clothes. I called 9 times over the next 2 days to see if they found our clothes, they did not! The front desk and manager didn't seem to care that someone stole our clothes totaling about $700.00. Also, the 3 days that we stayed in the hotel, the lights were out in the parking garage. We were not told the garage lights were out so we had to use our cell phones to find our way to the elevator just to find out that the elevator wasn't working. Then we still had to find our way out of the garage in the dark. These issues didn't seem to matter to anyone working at the property. I do not recommend staying at this property in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

First off, I paid more for a king room. When I arrived they gave me a double, I asked if I could get the room I upgraded to and they said basically through ******* they just give you a room they have left, and they were all booked for the night. Second, I slept terribly walls are pretty thin and there were people running up and down halls both nights. I travel a fair amount and this was by far the noisiest hotel i've been in. Last, I can tell they don't vacuum the carpet. How do I know that, I cut my foot on a glass shard that was on the carpet.

The hotel is good ! House keeping every other day , coffee shop very week customer service. I paid for 2 bagels with cream cheese so he /she gave me 1 bagel with cream cheese I came back to ask he /she said sorry all bagel frozen Not even bother to return my money or sorry

Such a nice hotel. There's a couple restaurants in the same parking lot. Hotel even has a restaurant, although we never ate there. There's a Starbucks next to the bar in the hotel. Cottonwood Heights, such a beautiful area. Our first time to Salt Lake, this hotel made a very nice impression

One of the best hotels we've stayed in.The pool was very nice. Everything was clean and enjoyable. Our only issue was the bathroom. They didnt have a shower door or curtain to keep the water in. The shower head was not adjustable, therefore there was overspray on anything we had on the sink counter. Our towels were wet, and the floor felt like it was going to flood.

This is a great facility and fairly brand new. Area seems to be upscale. It’s about 20 mins from downtown. No EV chargers nearby for those of you wondering. Would be a perfect place to stay if visiting Utah for snow activities.
