Expected us to stay in a centipede and cockroach infested house then refused to refund us when we quite obviously left. Sylvia Spellman lied to us about the bug infestation and then justified it when we found out by having centipedes and cockroaches literally all over our room. Sylvia Spellman was absolutely horrible, she refused to refund us for our room and was completely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Sylvia Spellman is a pathetic so called manager and needs to be fired immediately. Do not ever go to this establishment. I have never been so upset over an experience, absolutely disgusting, infuriating, horrible experience.

When I arrived I found I’d accidentally booked the wrong location and asked if there were rooms in this location I could move to. There were empty rooms, but the front desk guy told me I’d booked “3rd party” so there was nothing he could do. So off I went to the other location (glad I had a car) where the fireplace in the room I booked was broken. (I booked specifically to have a fireplace because I get very cold and need one.) The wonderful attendant, Joyce, said “no problem, let’s get you to our other location where they have a room with FP available.” Clearly the first desk agent just hadn’t wanted to deal with my issue. Other than that fiasco, the stay was very nice. An internet issue was resolved by Natalie who was my hero of the day for making it work. She made me feel like she truly cared and that made my day!

This was our 13th year of coming to the Anniversary Inn for our anniversary. We generally have a very good experience, which is why we keep coming back. However, this year we had issues with acceptance of our gift card, issues with breakfast, a cold room with no hot water, and no room service over our two day stay. We’ve never had issues like this before, so we will come back again next year, but for the amount of money we pay to come here compared to other hotel options, we expect better.

The rooms are super cool but that’s all it is. The bed is super hard, the water smells like sewage, and it is not quiet at all. If you don’t mind hearing everything during your stay than by all means this is the place for you!

Terrible Experience it was a very disappointing experience. The room was filthy, freezing cold, and lacked basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. When I asked the front desk for soap, they gave me body lotion and told me to use it to wash my hands. The bathroom had a terrible odor, and despite contacting the manager, the service remained unhelpful. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great service and attention to detail! Great stay. The property is starting to show some aging, but the service, attention, and breakfast were fantastic. Definitely worth the stay!
