德索威尼飯店(De Sovrani)

It seems this is the self declared one 1 business hotel in the city of Joy, worst In room dining, arrogant staff members. Starting from the lady at the lobby to restaurants, in room dining no one seems to be happy in assisting a customer. The room rates are competitive but the amenities they provide are like any cheap station side hotel provides, carpets are smelly walls are damp. The only thing which covers everything is the food, the biryani was really good, and the breakfast spread was also decent. I won't recommend this number 1 business hotel to anyone

Had wonderful experience staying at DeSovrani. Hotel on Saltlake, Kolkata. Very efficient staff, great restaurant. Wonderful breakfast also centrally located near Coty center mall and other fine testaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested.

I stayed for 3 nights recently. Location is easy to find for cabs. Clean hotel. All basic amenities. Food quantity very good. Food quality average taste wise. Morning breakfast very uninspiring for the quality of hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. *******: Couple of electric plugs were broken. Basic information about locker use were missing. Intercom only functioned in speaker mode. Roof top cafe had less options of cocktails than in room menu. Unusual.

I came here in Kolkata all the way from Chennai . I stayed here in this hotel De Sovrani .The place has a very pleasant environment .The staff are very kind and genuine specially MS TASKEEN she was very helpful during my stay.

I had a very comfortable stay at De Sovrani. They upgraded my room for free. The service was excellent and I loved the experience. Definitely recommend anyone visiting kolkata to stay at De Sovrani. Thank you

Excellent customer service at de sovrani we love this place so much the food by sand restaurant is amazing 😍 and so yummy 😋 and we enjoyed the pool at sky view it's was too good the pool was maintained so well the staff are so kind and helpful this hotel is totally worth it

Wonderfully located hotel near city center 1 in Salt Lake sector 1 kolkata. Metro station is very close. Hotel was very clean. Ambience also good. Morning buffet had a spread of options. All staffs are very helpful. Excellent service. Thank you
