Los apartamentos están mejor de lo que dicen, no hay cucarachas. El mantenimiento eficaz, pero el personal de recepción, concretamente Yolanda, nefasto seguido de faltas de respeto y numerosas aptitudes de superioridad.

Got dropped at apartments by transfer, to find out needed to attend office which a half hr walk away at 1am with 2 large cases, eventually found out where we needed to go to pick up code and keys, thanks to a resident of the apartments and had to get a taxi, this information was not provided on room information!! Got to apartment very old style rooms no air conditioning, had to pay extra if you wanted bath towel and kettle, also only provided 1 toilet roll. Because we were leaving apartment early we were asked to leave the keys on the table in the apartment because the office wasnt open to drop the keys off. Paid $100 cash for the desposit to be told because we were checking out early this would have to be changed to card so that it could be refunded at a later date as the office wouldnt be open when we left, money has been refunded but deduction of $30 was taken unsure why and awaiting an answer!!! DO NOT USE, WE WILL NEVER BE USING AGAIN!!
