Great welcome on a cold night, personable and personal, room was anything but a standard room, authentic lodge-y, cozy, charming, the Tavern was welcoming, food five star, again the staff is just super friendly and accommodating.i admired everything they have to offer, which is a lot, sauna, hiking, etc. But couldn't take advantage, but the patio fire and fireplace in the tavern were welcome!

Just a run down camp ground. Rooms are an eclectic collection of Salvation Army left overs. Bed is old and creaky. Windows had a piece of material thumb tacked over it. Shower came equipped with spider and spiderweb. Brook is beautiful and mountain trail is magnificent - but the room is just awful.

Beautiful property. Tavern is amazing. Staff is lovely.

Cottage style rooms. Beautiful property. Hike to waterfall. Pool and restaurant. Highlights include the food and kitchen staff. The Barn proved to be a great space for workshops we were running. Fire pits available for s’mores.

By far, the worst lodging experience we have ever had. I am baffled by the good reviews posted here. “Quaint & rustic” should not equal filthy and neglected. Room was dirty, toilet runs, sink doesn’t drain…All around horrific stay.

A great vibe for our getaway, and we will definitely return.

Too expensive to what it is-- run down. Gardener with ****wack when should have been quiet time. Sorry to be so pointed but way over priced for such a shoddy place. Kick it up a knock and go to the Red Lion in Stockbridge. Yes more money but well with it.

Great venue for gathering our extended family. The 7 rooms with 10 beds accomodated our 3 generations. Lots of places indoor & out to gather, several fireplaces. Staff cheerful, helpful and accomodating. Trail to Race Brook Falls. Our own dining room, great food and service.
