"A horrible experience. Paid for 4 nights but only stayed 2. Every fixture in the room was either broken or hanging on by one screw. Air conditioning did not work well. We had to lean our backpack against the door to keep it closed. Bathroom door did not close. TV didn't work on day 2. Hotel was empty so they showed us 3 rooms. This was the best. An offered 'VIP' room for Rs 300 a night extra was barely any better. A real shame as the location is unbeatable and the beach service was very good. Maybe a one star at most but at the price, cannot recommend it."
