Service was extremely slow. Laundry facilities only took quarters, very inconvenient while traveling. Room was amazing. Parking lot was really bad. Covered in snow and ice, no obvious attempt to salt or shovel, extremely dangerous.

The lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful! Delicious buffet breakfast, for a fee. Definitely would stay here again. Short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Smell of smoke in the room. This made it difficult to sleep.
Smoking was allowed right out front with make it impossible to enter or exit the hotel. Nothing done when we raised the concern about the smoke coming from the room below.

Rooms are fine but small and the bed is in the middle of the room so makes the room feel even smaller. No free breakfast and almost $20 for continental style food. Otherwise convenient location, nice staff and clean

The lady that was bartending recognized us from last time and was really friendly. Breakfast was really good and so convenient being in the building.

I attended a conference at the hotel and stayed there while attending. The hotel is everything that you want, clean, safe, up to date. What really sets this hotel off against others is the upstanding staff. I had nothing up great interactions with the desk staff, the event staff, housekeeping, etc. They really went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

Customer service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and roomy for your stay. Very accommodating for our dog.
Restaurant within the hotel definitely a bonus when you are driving all day and you wait until dinner to get that hot nutritious meal in. Food was hot and delicious 😋
This will be our future hotel stay when driving through Salina.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Pool and hot tub very good also. Toilet in room 329 was very low and not near comfort height. Other than that it was very good.
