I stayed for 10 days. The flat was clean tidy and well placed for my daily trips into Manchester as the Metro (tram) is an easy 10 minute walk away. Checkin and checkout was straight forward and any issues I had, which wasn’t many , were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’d stay again. Thanks,Paul

El apartamento era tal y como se muestra en las fotografias nuevo y tenía de todo, pasamos unos dias increibles. Esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es tranquila y con paradas del bus/tranvía en la misma calle, se llega rápido al centro. El personal fue muy atento y disponible en todo momento. Si volvemos a Manchester sin duda nos alojaremos en Pillo Rooms, super recomendable.

Séjour foot Apparemment a 35m a pieds de old trafford Un arrêt de bus quasiment devant qui vous emmène dans le centre de manchester rapidement Nous avons récupéré nos clefs dans un coffre car il n y a pas de réception Je n ai pas l habitude de faire comme cela , mais tout a été tres facile et tres bien expliqué L appartement était propre Équipé d une cuisine Nous avons apprécié d avoir du café et du thé Je conseil ce logement sans hésiter

So this is a pretty mixed review and I’m going to be completely honest and upfront. So good points as follows - Apartment was clean and fresh and both bedrooms spacious. Clean linens and fairly comfortable beds. Good facilities in kitchen with plenty cups, plates, cooking utensils etc. great pizza place below apartment and well stocked newsagents for essentials. Free on street parking to the side of the building. Handy location for the convention we were visiting at BEC. Bad points - Now there is really only one but it was almost a deal breaker. On the first morning, I decided to pop out at around 9am and I opened the apartment door (no.9 at the very top of the building) and a very drunk, sleepy man spilled into the hallway after having clearly slept in the doorway. He seemed harmless and gathered his things and left quickly however he had clearly had an accident as the hallway smelled very strongly of urine. I followed him out to make sure he left the building and by the front door of the building was a half empty bottle of cider and wet socks which I’m sure belonged to the drunk man. My sister who booked the apartment contacted Pillo and they said there must have been a problem with the keypad at the front of the building (which in hindsight wasn’t working when we arrived) and they would have it fixed. By the time we left the following day the front door remained open and the cider and socks stayed right where they were so it looks unlikely that anyone came out to look at the issue. The situation didn’t fill us with a lot of confidence and it was a little intimidating having a drunk man roll into an apartment with 3 women inside. When staying in a new place you should feel safe and secure and sadly we didn’t. Sad because other than that it was a decent place to stay.

非常乾淨。寬敞且靠近交通樞紐等。然而，這裡沒有遮光百葉窗，而且這裡的「百葉窗」都是扭曲和破損的。這導致了5天的睡眠品質很差。晚上，街燈照亮了臥室，黎明時分，房間裡充滿了陽光。此外，臥室的燈在晚上會隨機亮起，因此必須拔掉插頭。由於這些原因我不會回來，除非我安裝了遮光百葉窗。我迫不及待地想去睡個好覺。
