受付がなく、部屋に入る方法がわからない。となりのスイーツショップの店長が建物の外の鍵は開けてくれたのですが、
部屋へ入りのにとても苦労しました。電話で問い合わせ必要がありましたが、通話できる携帯でなかったので、大変でした。部屋のセキュリティ番号を先に知らせてくれる必要があったと思います。
ドライヤーが途中動かなくなったので、困りました。

No es recomendable , habitación absolutamente oscura sin ventanas, la recepcionista de muy mal trato .Manchas de humedad.Un verdadero desastre , si pueden evitarlo , evitenlo.

ホテル内は清潔でした。オーナーの女性は雰囲気が良く、私たちの要望を快く受け入れてくれた点も良かっです。駅近で利便性もよく、船乗り場からも近かったので助かりました。エレベーターがなくスーツケースを持って細い階段を上るのは大変でしたが、それを理由にこのホテルを選ぶのをやめるのはもったいないと思います。機会があればまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Great location close to train station. Along pedestrian street, so no traffic noise, very quiet at nights. We stayed in Deluxe room, with well-equipped kitchen (towels would be great though), cosy living room, comfortable bed. Problems with air-con were fixed fast. Would surely recommend this place!

This place is very well located, however the surroundings aren’t in the best shape. Once you enter the bedroom is clean, spacious and has all what you need.
Check out is way too early (9:30 am).
