薩弗倫維拉耶考德別墅(Selvamathi Saffron Villa)

Excellent villa situated near the bus stand and surrounded by a pleasant ambiance with trees and mountains. Moreover, this is a well-maintained new property with good staff. The restaurant needs improvement with a variety of dishes. The pictures shared on different booking websites match the current hotel infrastructure. The balcony view area has to be cleaned and maintain properly this will add more value to the customer.

Room and hotel was good. Hill view was very good if we go to terrace. Only problem, i had faced is restaurant. Restaurant was closed for 2 days, due to some reasons.

Stay was very neat and clean. But issue with wifi as it was not working most of the time. Also lights inside the room where not adequate

Nice room and restaurant was closed due to renovation activities. Good parking space with cctv. Rooms are neatly maintained

It was a nice stay, i stayed on week days so the foods are not good. Other than that i enjoyed a-lot and good room service

Stay was good. Rooms were nice. Food was not that ok. They have to improve on food quality and should have good restaurant.

There is no water bottle in the room, telephone is not working, ac remote is not working, telephone communication is not connected, can't able to contact reception and room service.

It was a below average experience, at first a room with the balcony view of trash was given on the ground floor. Room cleaning was below average, room was totally writ when provided. Then no towels were provided until we asked for. While taking shower water supply goes off. Property in terms of location is good, is constructed well, but services could be much better and maintenance or cleaning shall be done properly. Even the common washrooms in the property don't have any washer or tissue papers available.

No internet inside rooms. Had to go to corridor to get wifi signal bathrooms had cockroaches room was not cleaned properly. Ball of hair from previous occupants no towels or toilet roll. Had to remind twice to get it scope for improvement in time of room service delivery on the bright side, it is a relatively new property. Looks good. 5-7 mins walk from lake and yercaud bus stand
